Activating our 12-Strand DNA
I found this particular practice and meditation to be both balancing and a good reminder of the fullness and timeless quality of our essence and experience. The 4th, 5th, and 6th pairs are particularly applicable to Fusion13 participation as we move forward.
I know this works well as an audio, and I hope you get some value from this scripted version... It may be good to place some meditative music on as you spend time with each of the various pairs of DNA strands...
I suggest you begin by relaxing in a comfortable position... read one section and then spend some time activating that particular double helix of DNA... you may use a spontaneous imagery, the drawing method suggested below, or just the meditative focus in each area, whatever your process and style suggests.
The 12 Stands of DNA are actually 6 pairs of double helix. The first pair of strands is for the physical, while the rest of the strands of DNA are beyond the physical... or meta-physical... One thing you might try along with the focus is to actually draw a small circle in the middle of the page. Next, place 6 dots around an outer circle like on a clock-face at the positions of 12, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10... Now when you focus on each pair of strands squiggling back and forth around each other, you can draw them on the paper to aid your focus and symbolically make the activation connection of all 12 strands of your DNA...
- 1st Double Helix pair of strands activates the Physical Body to its maximum potential. Spend some time activating these strands focusing on any parts of the physical body that need healing and enlivening. Breathe light and heat into these areas and you may also want to place a hand or two on the areas...

- 2nd pair of DNA strands activates the Emotional Body. Spend time breathing into any areas in the emotional body that need healing.... Use whatever color your intuition suggests. Take as much time as you need in each area until you sense that the emotional body is cleared...

- 3rd pair of DNA strands activates the Mental Body. Spend time breathing activation and healing into any aspect of mental functioning that you wish to improve, heal, and enliven... it can be memory, clarity, absorbing information, letting go of old world views, etc... Take whatever amount of time you choose and need...

- 4th pair of DNA strands activates the Soul or Spiritual Self. Breathe into any part of your soul that may have scars from trauma or past experiences that require healing and bringing your Spiritual Self back into fullness and balance. See the Soul holes refill as aspects are retrieved... take the time you need until you sense an integrity and wholeness to your Spiritual Self...

5th pair of strands relate to your Soul Cluster. As you active this double helix you invite others in your soul cluster to find you and for you to find them... You know that Souls within a Soul Cluster have only the best intentions for you, for themselves, and for the good of All. Take as much time to activate this Soul Cluster double helix and expect that you and your Soul cluster-mates will miraculously find one another...
.- 6th pair of strands, the 6th double helix activates and opens the connection to all creation... to the Source of All and to alignment with Divine Will. Activation of this pair can bring a sense of unity with all and increased purpose in the timeless realm of unconditional love. Take as much time as you need to activate this strand that holds all the strands together....
